NH Terrifying 25
There are several popular peak bagging checklists in New Hampshire and in particular in the White Mountains, but the “Terrifying 25” is perhaps the most unique. The list was originally conceived of by Trish Herr (author of Up! A Mother and Daughter’s Peakbagging Adventure)for her two daughters Alex and Sage. Unlike most hiking lists, the Terrifying 25 consists of two separate lists, one of which is required and the other of which gives hikers a choice of 5 additional trails.
